R&B songstress and former American Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino will
be headlining the much-anticipated Super Bowl Gospel Celebration, which
takes place at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena on Friday,
February 1 during Super Bowl week. The actual game is being played at
the New Orleans Superdome on Feb. 3, with Beyoncé featured as the halftime performer.
The event will be hosted by ABC’s “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd and one of gospel music’s finest singer/writer/producers Kirk Franklin.
