Thousands of Manchester United fans gathered at the club's Old
Trafford stadium yesterday evening to mark the club's 20th league title and Sir Alex
Ferguson's retirement.
They paraded their trophy in an open-top bus tour with thousands of adoring fans around the streets of Manchester.
The parade started at 6pm from the East Stand forecourt at Old Trafford. Bus left at around 6.40pm after a brief speech from Ferguson and arrived final stop Albert Square at around 8pm. It was indeed a night of celebration for the champions of England. See more photos after the cut...
