Michelle Obama celebrated her 49th birthday yesterday January 17, by launching a new Twitter account and using it to show off a new fringe.
The First Lady unveiled a second Twitter account, @FLOTUS (which stands for First Lady of the United States), and debuted a dramatic haircut.
