Rita Ora 'Red Not' Or 'Red Hot'?

I think Rita Ora looks rather red not than red hot as she steps out in the sunshine wearing this high necked, knee length dress, which did nothing to flatter her figure. The singer was at a fashion bash today, the British Designers' Collection at Bicester Village in Oxford. Though she looks older than her age in this dress, I think she equally looks true Brit especially in the last photo, just like a younger Queen Elizer :). What do you think?
