It was his own birthday, not his mother's, and instead of celebrating with friends, YouTube user iProjectAtlas real name - Aba Atlas, chose to present a cheque to his mum for enough money to pay off her mortgage and recorded her reaction.
He explained in the YouTube video description: "For the last two and half years I've been saving my money, hoping to do right for a very special woman in my life." I mean, for a whole two and a half years, this guy was making plans for this. Wow!!
Twins Born An Extraordinary 87 Days Apart Could Win Guinness World Record
The babies survived after their 34-year-old mum Maria went into labour four months early, giving birth to Amy on June 1, 2012 while sister Katie was born nearly three months later on August 27. Both girls have since been declared fit and healthy by medical professionals.
Maria, who is from Ireland, called the girls "little miracles" after their recovery. Consultant obstetrician Dr Eddie O'Donnell said that Amy and Katie's successful delivery was the medical equivalent of winning the lottery.
Amy and Katie's miracle births could now win a Guinness World Record for the 'longest interval between the birth of twins'.
Guinness World Records spokesman Damian Field said:"If the claim of 87 days between the birth of the twins is substantiated, they will break the world record."
The current record is held by Peggy Lynn of Pennsylvania, who gave birth to twins 84 days apart.

Emeli Sandé Speaks On Beating The Beatles 50 Years Chat Record
Sandé's album Our Version Of Events spent its 63rd consecutive week in the UK top 10 this weekend, which goes one better than The Beatles' 62-week stint in 1963.
"I'm so pleased. It's something I never expected to happen," said the British singer.
"The fact so many people connected to it and kept the album in the Top 10 is remarkable. To even be spoken of in the same sentence as The Beatles is thrilling.
"My ambition at the beginning was I really hoped I could get in the top five. To break this record is just beyond anything."
It is thought that Sandé will begin work on her follow-up album this year, with plans to release in 2014.

Baby Born In Metro Station Gets To Ride Free For Life
The baby's 22-year-old mother was trying to take the subway to the hospital when she went into labour on Tuesday.
Subway employees, police and paramedics helped her give birth in an entrance to a subway platform.
Mayor Miguel Angel Mancera confirmed via his Twitter account on Tuesday that the yet-unnamed boy will have the right to ride the subway free for life. And who says there's no such thing as a free ride? Lol..

I think Rita Ora looks rather red not than red hot as she steps out in the sunshine wearing this high necked, knee length dress, which did nothing to

Naomi Campbell Splits From Russian Billionaire Boyfriend Vladimir Doronin
According to reports, the couple who have been dating for five years, have decided to temporarily separate and are now 'on a break' until such time as they can sort things out.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: 'Naomi and Vlad have broken up, and he's been out partying in New York.
The property mogul Vladimir did not accompany Naomi to a number of Oscar parties in Hollywood in February and they were last seen together on the beach in Miami in March.
Vladimir is still not divorced from wife Ekaterina - despite the fact the pair split in 1998 after 24 years marriage.
The 42-year-old super model has been busy over the past few months with her modelling competition show The Face proving to be a huge hit in the US. The Face was such a success in the US that a UK version of the show is now being filmed.

Money Really Does Buy Happiness: The Higher A person's Income The More Satisfied They Are With Life, Says Economists
According to an economic study, the more money a person has, the happier they are.
The latest study of 1,014 people contradicts previous research that said the correlation between money and happiness diminishes when the basic needs of a person are met.
People were asked to rate their levels of happiness and their income was recorded.
Economists Betsey Stevenson and Justin Wolfers say in their paper the May 2013 American Economic Review, Papers and Proceedings that there is no evidence of a 'satiation' point in the link between money and happiness.
