Most Expensive Dress in the World to be Unveiled in Dubai this October

On the 19th and 20th of October, the most expensive dress in the world will be showcased at Raffles Dubai.

Created by British fashion designer Debbie Wingham, worth an extravagant £3.5 million, the Black Diamond dress is encrusted with 52 carat black diamonds and weighs a massive 13kg.

This glittering gown is the crowning jewel to Debbie’s most recent collection – The Black Diamond Collection.

The dress will be unveiled to global fashionistas and accompanied by an inspired Black Diamond edition of Raffles Dubai’s Fashion Afternoon Tea.
