British Millionaire Gregory Cox, to Face Trial in Australia for Beachsexual assault

British millionaire, Gregory Cox, will stand trail in Australia for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman on Bondi Beach last summer

Mr Cox, 31, the founder and chief executive of the UK-based Quintessential Finance Group, has admitted to a sexual encounter with a 21-year-old woman from Bermuda – but claims the young girl consented.

Mr Cox, who has a £1 million flat in Battersea, south London, was reportedly visiting in Sydney, Australia, with a colleague to attend a conference when the alleged attack took place. He is reportedly now living in a luxury apartment in the beachside suburb of Bronte, not far from Bondi.

He was forced to hand in his passport after he was arrested but his lawyer said the entrepreneur has been working in the "small hours" to keep his business going and requested that he be allowed to return to Britain before the trial.
