The 19-year-old star donned huge eye lashes, multi-coloured nail polish, a leopard-print vest and the 'Starships' singer's trademark bubblegum pink lipstick at the bash which she held at Beacher's Madhouse on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Tuesday.
Miley's fiance Liam Hemsworth came as a unicorn, while her mother Tish donned a spooky skeleton outfit.
